About the Role
Our client is seeking a seasoned and dynamic Construction Project Manager to lead complex construction projects, operating fully remotely to support developments in the Mossel Bay region and surrounding areas. You will oversee all aspects of the construction lifecycle, from planning and execution to closeout, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and stakeholder management capabilities.
As a remote leader, you will leverage advanced communication and project management tools to effectively coordinate diverse teams and ensure project objectives are met without physical site presence required for daily operations.
- Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
- Lead and motivate project teams, including site staff, subcontractors, and consultants.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental policies.
- Oversee contract administration, including change orders, claims, and dispute resolution.

- Implement risk management strategies to identify and mitigate potential project issues.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction project management.
