About the Role
Our client is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Project Manager to manage construction and facilities projects in Mossel Bay, Western Cape. This role is crucial for overseeing the development, renovation, and maintenance of company facilities, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, safely, and within budget. You will coordinate with internal teams, external contractors, and regulatory bodies to achieve project objectives. Key Responsibilities- Plan, execute, and close construction and facilities management projects.
- Develop detailed project scopes, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.

- Ensure compliance with all building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings to monitor project execution.
