Construction Manager - Coastal Development

Our client requires a seasoned Construction Manager to oversee significant development projects along the coast in Mossel Bay, Western Cape . You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of construction operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This leadership role involves coordinating all site activities, managing subcontractors, and liaising with clients and consultants.

The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership qualities, extensive construction experience, and a deep understanding of coastal construction challenges.

• Develop and implement detailed construction schedules and site logistics plans.
• Supervise and manage all site personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers effectively.
