Music Producer - Commercial Projects

Our client, a dynamic advertising agency located in Mossel Bay , is seeking a talented and versatile Music Producer to create original music and source licensed tracks for a variety of commercial projects. You will be responsible for interpreting brand messages and translating them into compelling musical scores that capture audience attention. This role requires a blend of artistic creativity and technical production skill, working closely with marketing and creative teams to deliver high-impact audio content for advertising campaigns across Western Cape.

• Compose original music scores for commercials, digital ads, and corporate videos.
• Source and license appropriate music tracks from various libraries and artists.
• Collaborate with clients and internal creative teams to understand musical needs and brand identity.
• Oversee the recording, mixing, and mastering process of musical compositions.
• Manage music budgets and timelines effectively for multiple projects.

• Proven experience as a Music Producer or Composer, with a portfolio of commercial music work.
• Proficiency in music production software (DAWs) such as Ableton Live, Logic Pro, or FL Studio.
• Strong understanding of music theory, composition, arrangement, and various musical genres.
• Experience in sound engineering, mixing, and mastering techniques.
• Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to manage client expectations.
