Our client is seeking proactive and skilled individuals to join their Customer Service & Helpdesk team in Mossel Bay, Western Cape . As a Customer Engagement Specialist, you will focus on building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring their success with our offerings. This role involves a blend of direct customer interaction and proactive outreach, contributing to customer retention and satisfaction.

• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant products and services based on customer needs.

• Experience in a customer service , account management, or helpdesk role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an emphasis on relationship building.
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM software and customer engagement tools.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
