About the Role
Our client seeks a seasoned and dynamic Project Architect to lead key architectural initiatives in Mossel Bay . This role is central to the successful delivery of diverse architectural projects, from conceptualization through to completion. You will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, and client relationships, ensuring the highest standards of design and execution are met. Working within a respected architectural firm, you will lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.

- Oversee all phases of architectural projects, from inception to post-construction.

- Registered Professional Architect with a valid practicing certificate.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in architectural practice, with a significant portfolio of completed projects.
- Proven experience in project management, including contract administration and site supervision.
- Expertise in Revit and other relevant architectural design and documentation software.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and building science.
