About the Role

Our client is seeking a certified and inspiring Yoga Instructor to lead rejuvenating and challenging classes at their wellness studio in Mossel Bay . You will guide students through various yoga practices, focusing on alignment, breathwork, and mindfulness to enhance physical and mental well-being. This part-time position is perfect for a dedicated practitioner who is passionate about sharing the benefits of yoga and creating a serene, supportive atmosphere for participants of all levels.

You will contribute to fostering a sense of community and holistic health within the local area.

• Design and teach engaging yoga classes catering to different levels and styles (e.g., Vinyasa, Hatha, Restorative).
• Provide clear instructions and modifications to ensure safe and effective practice for all students.
• Create a welcoming and calming studio environment conducive to mindfulness and relaxation.
• Offer personalized guidance and feedback to students seeking to deepen their practice.
• Manage class schedules, student check-ins, and studio upkeep.
• Promote studio events, workshops, and class packages to attract and retain students.

• Certified Yoga Instructor (e.g., RYT 200 or higher) from a reputable institution.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of teaching experience in a studio setting.
• In-depth knowledge of yoga philosophy, anatomy, and various asanas.
• Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and empathetic skills.
• Ability to create inspiring and well-structured class sequences.
• Proficiency in basic studio administration and customer service.
