• Conduct comprehensive analyses of production systems and workflows to identify inefficiencies.
• Develop and implement process improvements using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Design and optimize facility layouts for maximum efficiency and safety.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for operational processes.
• Prepare detailed reports and recommendations for management regarding process enhancements.
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure successful implementation of changes.

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in industrial engineering , preferably in a manufacturing setting.
• Solid understanding of Lean principles , waste reduction, and process optimization techniques.
• Proficiency in process simulation and modeling software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
