- Design and develop automotive components and sub-systems using advanced 3D CAD software.
- Conduct rigorous engineering analysis, including stress, thermal, and vibration simulations, to ensure component integrity and performance.
- Collaborate with manufacturing engineers to ensure designs are optimized for efficient production processes.
- Create detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and Bill of Materials (BOMs) for production.
- Participate in prototype testing and validation, providing feedback for design iterations.
- Stay current with automotive industry trends, materials, and technologies to drive innovation.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in mechanical design, with a strong focus on the automotive sector.
- Proficiency in 3D CAD software (e.g., CATIA, Solid Works) and CAE tools.
- Understanding of automotive manufacturing processes and materials.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
