About the Role
Our client is seeking a dedicated and client-focused Financial Planner to join their team in Mossel Bay . You will be responsible for developing comprehensive financial plans for individuals and families, helping them achieve their short-term and long-term financial goals. This role involves understanding client needs, providing expert advice on investments, retirement planning, insurance, and estate planning, and working in a hybrid capacity to serve clients effectively.
You will be instrumental in building trusted relationships and providing personalized financial guidance within a supportive and professional setting.
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' financial situations, risk tolerance, and life goals.
- Develop personalized financial plans covering investments, retirement, insurance, tax strategies, and estate planning.
- Recommend and implement appropriate financial products and strategies to meet client objectives.
- Regularly review and update financial plans based on client life changes and market conditions.
- Educate clients on financial concepts and strategies to enhance their financial literacy.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial products, market trends, and relevant regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as CFP are highly regarded.
- Proven experience as a Financial Planner or in a similar client-facing financial advisory role.
- In-depth knowledge of investment management, retirement planning, insurance, and tax laws.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
