Technical Support Representative

Our client is seeking a skilled Technical Support Representative to join their team in Mossel Bay. You will be responsible for providing expert technical assistance to customers, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues. This role is critical in ensuring customers can effectively use our client's products and services, maintaining high levels of satisfaction and operational efficiency. You will work closely with the engineering and product teams to feedback customer issues and contribute to product improvements.

• Provide first-level technical support for product-related issues via phone, email, and remote access.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical problems efficiently and accurately.

• Proven experience as a Technical Support Representative or similar role.
