Procurement Specialist - FMCG

Our client is seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to manage sourcing and purchasing activities for their FMCG operations in Mossel Bay . This critical role ensures the timely and cost-effective acquisition of raw materials, packaging, and other essential supplies. You will be responsible for negotiating contracts, managing supplier relationships, and driving procurement efficiencies to support production demands. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong negotiation skills, and a solid understanding of procurement best practices within the fast-moving consumer goods industry, playing a key part in maintaining operational continuity and cost-effectiveness.

• Source and procure raw materials, packaging, and services according to quality standards and budget constraints.
• Negotiate favorable terms, pricing, and contracts with suppliers to achieve cost savings.
• Manage supplier relationships, ensuring performance, reliability, and compliance with company policies.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
