Horticulturalist - Greenhouse Operations

You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of greenhouse production, from propagation to harvesting, ensuring quality and yield targets are met. • Plan and execute crop production schedules within the greenhouse environment.
• Monitor and control environmental factors such as temperature, humidity, light, and irrigation.

• Oversee propagation, cultivation, and harvesting processes to ensure high-quality yields.
• Supervise and train greenhouse staff on horticultural best practices and safety procedures.

• Degree in Horticulture, Plant Science, or a related agricultural field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in greenhouse management or commercial horticulture.
• Solid understanding of plant physiology, soil science, and pest/disease control.
• Experience with hydroponic or other controlled environment agriculture systems is advantageous.
