Manufacturing Operator

Our client is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Manufacturing Operators to join their production facility in Mossel Bay . You will be responsible for operating various types of manufacturing machinery, ensuring the efficient production of high-quality goods. This hands-on role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and a commitment to meeting production targets. The ideal candidate is a team player, eager to learn, and dedicated to maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

You will contribute directly to the company's output and quality standards.

• Operate and monitor manufacturing machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Perform routine checks and basic maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Adhere strictly to all health and safety regulations and workplace safety guidelines.
• Identify and report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or production issues to the shift supervisor.
• Assist in material handling, including loading and unloading materials as required for production.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, contributing to overall site tidiness and efficiency.

• Previous experience as a Manufacturing Operator or in a similar production role is an advantage.
• Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions, including SOPs and safety guidelines.
• Good mechanical aptitude and the ability to operate various types of machinery.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced production environment.
• Physical ability to perform tasks that may involve standing for extended periods, lifting, and manual dexterity.
