Production Supervisor - FMCG

Our client, a leader in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector, is seeking an experienced and motivated Production Supervisor to oversee operations at their facility in Mossel Bay, Western Cape. This critical role involves managing daily production activities, ensuring adherence to quality standards, optimizing efficiency, and leading a team of production staff. You will play a key part in maintaining high levels of output and product quality while fostering a safe and productive work environment.

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities, ensuring targets are met and schedules are adhered to.
• Ensure all production processes comply with quality control standards, safety regulations, and company policies.

• Manage, train, and motivate a team of production operators and line leaders.

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or FMCG production environment.
• Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and health and safety standards.

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles is advantageous.
