Nestlé East and Southern Africa in Mossel Bay is seeking a Microbiologist. You will sample raw materials (ROH), in-process line samples and finished products, perform laboratory testing, and ensure GLP compliance to support product quality, food safety, and regulatory adherence.
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree or diploma in Microbiology, Food Technology, Biotechnology, or a related field, with 2–3 years of laboratory experience, knowledge of calibration records, QC, and proficiency
