About the Role
Our client is looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Automotive Quality Control Inspector to join their manufacturing facility in Mossel Bay . In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all manufactured automotive components meet stringent quality standards and specifications before leaving the facility. Your keen eye for detail and understanding of manufacturing processes will be vital in identifying defects, documenting findings, and collaborating with production teams to implement corrective actions.
This position is essential for maintaining the company's reputation for producing high-quality automotive parts.
- Conduct thorough inspections of incoming materials and outgoing finished automotive components.
- Utilize measuring instruments and testing equipment to verify product conformity to specifications.
- Identify, document, and report any non-conforming products or process deviations.

- Maintain accurate quality control records and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Perform visual inspections and functional tests as per established quality control procedures.
- Proven experience as a Quality Control Inspector , preferably in the automotive manufacturing sector.
- Strong understanding of quality control principles, inspection techniques, and statistical process control (SPC).
- Proficiency in using various measuring tools and testing equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further technical qualifications are a plus.
