• Ph.D. in Marine Biology , Oceanography, Ecology, or a closely related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of post-doctoral or industry research experience with a focus on marine ecosystems.
• Proven expertise in marine ecological survey methods, data analysis, and statistical modeling.
• Experience with GIS, remote sensing, or other relevant environmental data analysis tools.
• Strong publication record and experience in securing research grants.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills for collaboration in Mossel Bay .
