About the Role
Our client is seeking a driven and charismatic Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to promote their innovative range of pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals in the Mossel Bay region. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and hospital administrators, educating them on the benefits and efficacy of our client's medications. This is a field-based role requiring excellent communication and persuasive skills, with opportunities to work flexibly and strategically across the Western Cape .
Key Responsibilities- Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to healthcare providers, achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular visits and follow-ups.
- Educate healthcare professionals on product features, benefits, and appropriate usage.
- Gather market intelligence and competitor information to inform sales strategies.
- Organize and conduct product presentations and educational events.
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven track record in pharmaceutical sales or medical device sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license and a willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and healthcare industry.
