• Greet and engage customers, creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere in the Mossel Bay showroom.
• Understand customer requirements and provide personalized recommendations for home furnishings.

• Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
• Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and explore additional sales opportunities.
• Maintain showroom presentation standards, ensuring products are well-displayed and organized.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of product lines, promotions, and financing options.
• Participate in regular sales training and team meetings.

• Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in furniture, home decor, or a related field.

• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Basic computer proficiency and experience with POS systems.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required in Mossel Bay .
