Job Title: Developer

Salary: R50 000/month

Duties:

• Develop software using various programming languages and agentic development tools.
• Work on AI development projects with clients using agentic and IDE tools.
• Participate in feature development following agile practices (e.g., CI/CD pipelines, automated testing).
• Handle database and API development, cloud-native and on-premise solutions.
• Collaborate with client development teams to resolve technical issues and manage stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 4–6 years of experience in feature development, SDLC, and agile practices.
• Matric
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g. Python, Java, C#, JavaScript, or similar).
• Experience with agentic development tools and AI-based development environments.
• Knowledge of database design, API development, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.
• Experience with cloud-native and on-premise application development.
• Agile & Dev Ops: Familiar with agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban), CI/CD practices, and version control (e.g. Git).
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving ability, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams to resolve issues and deliver solutions.
