Our client is seeking an experienced and visionary Lead Software Developer to guide their engineering team in Mossel Bay . In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for technical leadership, mentoring developers, and driving the architectural decisions for key software projects. You will work closely with product management and other stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software.

- 6+ years of professional software development experience, with a proven track record in leading development teams.
- Expertise in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C#, JavaScript).
- Strong understanding of software architecture patterns, design principles, and database technologies.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
