Distribution Center Associate

Our client is seeking reliable and diligent Distribution Center Associates to join their busy facility in Mossel Bay . In this essential role, you will be responsible for various warehouse tasks, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods. • Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders.
• Organize and store inventory in designated locations within the distribution center .
• Accurately pick and pack orders based on customer requirements and shipping manifests.
• Prepare shipments for delivery, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
• Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts, safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with safety regulations .

• Previous experience working in a warehouse or distribution center environment is advantageous.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, standing, and walking for extended periods.
• Familiarity with warehouse equipment and basic inventory control principles.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced setting in Mossel Bay .
