· Full or part qualified (ACA/ACCA or equivalent)
· Highly organised and proactive approach to work
· Proven experience within a UK accountancy practice
· Strong communication skills with experience in a client-facing role
· Solid technical knowledge of UK accounting and tax regulations

Key Responsibilities
· Managing a portfolio of clients across a variety of sectors
· Acting as the first point of contact for clients
· Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients
· Attending and leading client meetings
· Preparing statutory accounts and tax returns for limited companies
· Preparing personal tax returns
· Producing management accounts and forecasts
· Reviewing work prepared by junior team members, providing guidance, training, and constructive feedback What’s on Offer
