Administration Assistant
Company Profile :
A Motherwell based landscaping company are looking to add an Administration Assistant to their busy team. The successful candidate will be offered a full time permanent contract working Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm with an hourly rate of £12.60.
Key Duties and Responsibilities :
- Dealing with team requests (materials info, addresses, updates)
- Invoicing (creating, sending and basic chasing)
- Organising vehicle repairs (initial calls and diary)
- Organising tool repairs/drop offs
- Posting to social media (once content is created)
- Responding to comments and messages
- Outreach admin (sending info, follow up emails for grab hire)
- Experience in word, exel and gmail, confident and polite when answering the phone
