Transport Administrator – Eurocentral People Solutions are recruiting for a Transport Administrator to join our client's busy logistics depot in Eurocentral .

This role offers an immediate start and is a fixed-term contract until January. Rates of Pay • £13.22 per hour Benefits

• Training and progression opportunities available Day-to-Day Duties Your day-to-day duties as a Transport Administrator:
• Supporting the daily transport operation through effective administration
• Inputting and updating driver and vehicle information on internal systems
• Producing and checking delivery paperwork, manifests and reports
• Debriefing drivers and ensuring accurate completion of documentation
• Recording and monitoring vehicle defects and compliance actions
• Liaising with drivers, planners and management to resolve queries
• Maintaining accurate data and upholding compliance and safety standards What We're Looking For
• Previous experience in a transport or logistics admin role (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
• Confident communicator with good IT knowledge
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proactive and reliable approach to workload management Training Provided
