Overview

NLC4 - £26,991 - £28,283 (Pro-Rata)

Based within our Community Justice Hub you will operate within a fast paced highly sensitive environment. You will work closely with operational staff to provide effective and comprehensive business support within Social Work locality, Social Work units, Centralised Services and/or Integrated Teams within the Partnership.

Responsibilities
  • Reporting to the Resource Supervisor, you will deliver high-quality, responsive administrative support.
  • Maintain and update systems and processes, prepare reports, take minutes, and handle enquiries.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and demonstrate strong communication and organisational skills to thrive in a busy office setting.
Qualifications
  • Educated to National 5 level.
  • Experience working in a dynamic office environment.
  • Proficiency in IT systems including Microsoft Office.
  • Possession of administrative qualifications would be advantageous.
Working patterns
  • Full Time — Monday to Thursday 8.45am to 4.45pm;
    Friday 8.45am to 4.15pm
  • Part Time — Week 1:
    Wednesday-Thursday 8.45am to 4.45pm and Friday 8.45am to 4.15pm;
    Week 2:
    Thursday 8.45am to 4.45pm and Friday 8.45am to 4.15pm
