North Lanarkshire Council is seeking a Service Delivery Co-ordinator to support the Housing Property Services in Motherwell. The role covers major refurbishment, new build projects and repairs, coordinating contractors and administration to drive programme delivery.
The post requires an SVQ3/HNC or equivalent, with experience in housing maintenance or construction, including contractor management and health and safety responsibilities. Flexibility for out-of-hours rota is a feature.
