North Lanarkshire Council, Civic Centre, Motherwell, seeks a Service Delivery Co-ordinator within Housing Property Services to support refurbishment, new build and repairs programmes and to coordinate major works and admin tasks. You will oversee contractor performance, health and safety management including CDM, staff supervision, and contribute to service development.
A rota for out-of-hours is required. Working pattern is 35 hours per week with tests of flexibility; benefits include 27 days
