What you'll be doing
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll take responsibility for managing all costs and income within your area of responsibility, ensuring commercial performance is maximised whilst delivering exceptional outcomes for our customers.

You'll work closely with project, operational and commercial teams, providing commercial leadership across a range of activities while mentoring and developing the next generation of Quantity Surveyors.

Managing all commercial aspects of your projects and work streams.

Preparing commercial reports, forecasts and financial reconciliations.

Reviewing and negotiating contracts, rates, prices, variations and compensation events.

Monitoring subcontract performance and commercial compliance.

Supporting the preparation of claims and commercial submissions.

Analysing tender information and developing robust commercial strategies.

Supporting customer and stakeholder management across your area of responsibility.

Procurement & Supply Chain Developing procurement strategies and programmes.

Managing subcontract enquiries and tender evaluations.

Supporting supply chain performance and commercial outcomes.

Undertaking constructability and programme reviews to maximise value.

Leadership & Development Supporting the recruitment, development and retention of team members.

Mentoring Assistant, Graduate and Trainee Quantity Surveyors.

Sharing knowledge and helping others progress towards professional qualifications.

Promoting a collaborative, high-performing team culture.
Who we're looking for
EssentialBSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying, or equivalent experience.

MRICS, MCIOB, MCInstCES or working towards professional membership.

CSCS Professionally Qualified Person Card.

Experience managing commercial activities on construction or infrastructure projects.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
