Job Summary

As a Customer Sales Coordinator you will manage a portfolio of customers, build strong relationships, and proactively resolve issues. Providing exceptional customer service is your passion, and you relish going the extra mile.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver second‑to‑none customer service, dealing with a wide range of day‑to‑day queries around orders, products and returns.
  • Communicate clearly and work closely with your Sales Manager.
  • Build and develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Handle customer calls and emails regarding orders, delivery and general enquiries.
  • Process ordering, processing and fulfillment for assigned customers.
  • Process customer returns.
