Our family‑friendly working hours range between 8:00‑18:00 Monday to Friday. Saturday working between 8:00‑14:00 once every 4 weeks (no late nights or Sundays).

We are looking for both new and experienced customer service advisors to join our growing team at Foundever Maxim on a full‑time permanent contract (ONSITE).

What we need from you in order to be successful?

• A willingness to learn new skills
• Be resilient when dealing with more challenging customers, but polite at the same time
• Talking is your thing, enjoy building rapport with people
• A willingness to work with customers and solve their problems
• Previous utilities experience (desirable but not essential)

Foundever Maxim is located in Maxim Park Euro‑central directly behind the Dakota hotel in Motherwell. We are easily accessible by car and by public transport links.
