Overview

Customer Support Centre Operative

Location – Motherwell, ML1 1RU

Hours – Monday – Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm

Responsibilities

We’re currently looking to recruit a Customer Support Centre Operative
; you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to both internal and external customers and clients.

As part of this role, you will work within a support team environment and conduct a number of tasks to ensure the service delivery to the business is smooth and efficient. You will answer telephone calls from both internal / external customers, contractors, suppliers and other Apleona sections as well as recording work requests and updates on the company/client CAFM systems.

In addition, you will raise purchase orders to contractors and perform various administration tasks as required.

Qualifications
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience and ability to demonstrate excellent customer service including call taking
  • Ability to use computers to a good level for Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Experience of using Navision would be desirable
  • Knowledge of Purchase Ordering systems
