Job Summary

The start date for this role will not be until the end of July/August 2026.

• Deal with inbound/outbound calls in a quick and timely manner.
• Take ownership of challenging calls and use appropriate methods to resolve them.
• Accurately record and update client systems.
• Manage and protect customer information in line with GDPR.
• Proactively keep knowledge up to date using approved training resources in line with campaign needs.

• Full-time position remote after training (37.5 hours per week).

before starting work.

Computer literacy and ability to work flexible hours (37.5 hours over 7 days). Experience is not required; training will be provided.
