North Lanarkshire Council is seeking a Customer Service Representative on a 17.5-hour pattern. The role supports the Customer Service Hub, handling phone, email and social media queries with training provided. Internal applicants from NNLC and associated employers only are eligible to apply.
The post requires an SVQ2/Higher/National 5 or equivalent, excellent communication skills, and a flexible, team-based approach to delivering a high standard of customer care.
