Location: Eurocentral, Motherwell

Contract:
12-Week Initial Contract (with potential for extension)

Hours: Monday to Friday | Rotating shifts between 08:00 - 18:00

Hours per Week: 40 Hours

The Best Connection is currently recruiting Customer Service Assistants to join our well-established client based at Eurocentral, Motherwell

• Respond to customer enquiries via email and live webchat
• Deliver professional, friendly and efficient customer support
• Resolve a variety of customer queries accurately and promptly
• Work towards individual performance and service targets
• Maintain high standards of written communication and attention to detail
• Provide an outstanding customer experience on every interaction

• Excellent written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a busy, fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude with a customer-first approach
• Comfortable working towards targets and deadlines
• Previous customer service experience is advantageous but not essential

• 12-week initial contract with the opportunity for extension
• Monday to Friday working - no weekends
