Customer Support Centre Operative
Location – Motherwell, ML1 1RU
Hours – Monday – Friday, varied between 8AM-8PM
- Salary – up to £27,370.57

We’re currently looking to a recruit a Customer Support Centre Operative
; you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to both internal and external customers and clients.As part of this role, you will work within asupport team environment and conduct a number of tasks to ensure the service delivery to the business is smooth and efficient. You will answer telephone calls handling from both internal / external customers, contractors, suppliers and other Apleona sections as well as recording work requests and updates on the company/client CAFM systems. In addition, you will raise purchase orders to contractors and support other departments as and when required.
As
an Apleona Customer Support Centre Operative , we’re looking for:- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience and ability to demonstrate excellent customer service including call taking
- Ability to use computers toa goodlevel for word, excel and outlook
- Experience of using Navision would be desirable
- Knowledge of Purchase Ordering systems
- Support other departments when necessary
