This Temporary Customer Services role with Love Success PLC in Motherwell involves supporting customers through email and live webchat, ensuring each interaction is handled professionally and efficiently. Working Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, the position pays £13.00 to £13.80 per hour plus holiday pay. The initial contract runs for 12 weeks, with potential for extension. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude are essential, while previous service experience is beneficial but not required, as full training and ongoing support are provided.

Successful applicants will manage queries courteously, resolve issues promptly and maintain accurate records of conversations.

• Responding to customer enquiries via email and live webchat
• Providing friendly, professional and efficient customer support
