We are working with a forward-thinking construction business near Motherwell, seeking a Technician from an architectural or manufacturing background who may be interested in making the switch into a contractor as a Design Coordinator.

Key responsibilities:- Ensure design intent is maintained through delivery.
- Review drawings, specifications, and technical information.
- Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve design issues.
- Manage design changes and support project deadlines.
- Background as a Technician within architecture or manufacturing.
- Strong technical drawing and design coordination skills.
- Interest in transitioning into a construction/internal fit-out environment.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, detail-focused approach.
