• Procuring and managing supply chain partners.
• Measuring, recording, and valuing work in line with project requirements.
• Preparing and reviewing cost estimates, bills of quantities, and schedules of rates.
• Supporting monthly cost reconciliations and value reporting.
• Working closely with project teams to ensure financial and contractual control.
• Building strong relationships with stakeholders and subcontractors.

• Background in civil engineering or related field, with proven experience in commercial management on civil engineering projects.
• A degree in Quantity Surveying (BSc/MSc) or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
• Drive and ambition focused on delivering results and excellence.
• Working towards or holding professional membership (RICS, ICES, or CIOB) is an advantage.
