Looking for a role that keeps you on your toes and makes a real difference? This could be just the thing.

As a Support Worker, you'll be out and about helping adults live life on their own terms. One day, it might be supporting someone to volunteer, head to a local class or build a new routine. The next, it could be helping with everyday tasks like shopping, appointments or just being there when things feel a bit much.

It's one-to-one support that flexes to the person: their pace, their goals, their preferences. You're not just ticking boxes. You're helping someone feel more confident, capable and connected to the world around them.

You'll need some experience in care or support work, and you'll know how to build trust with people from all walks of life. You're comfortable working independently, keeping good notes, and bringing a calm, kind presence to the day. If you don't yet have your SVQ Level 3, no problem. We'll support you to work towards it.

You'll be joining a team that genuinely values people. Those we support and those we work alongside. There's space to grow, encouragement when you need it, and the satisfaction of knowing you're doing something that matters. One person, one day at a time.
