search is looking for motivated and reliable Courier Trainers in Motherwell to support the onboarding and training of new couriers. This temporary role is ideal for candidates with a background in customer service, retail, logistics or operations. Experience is not essential as training will be provided.
Responsibilities include monitoring operational performance, allocating work, and providing guidance to couriers. Strong IT skills and effective communication are essential in this fast-paced environment. Pay rate is £13.81 per hour.
