Owen Daniels is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance function on a busy manufacturing site in Motherwell. You will be responsible for equipment reliability, uptime, and supporting production performance.
The role requires 7+ years in manufacturing maintenance, a leadership background, and qualifications in engineering maintenance. You will drive preventative maintenance, RCA, and CI across the site while mentoring engineers and apprentices.
