- Meet with or speak to all customers purchasing a new or used vehicle to qualify their needs and present suitable product solutions (including Demands and Needs Statement)
- Present additional insurance products where suitable via Statement of Demands and Needs (SDN)
- Monitor overall department performance
- Achieve Park’s business plan objectives
- Carry out TCF objectives and processes thoroughly
- Maintain and develop good relationships with customers by meeting and exceeding expectations
- Manage customer problems, complaints and difficult situations related to insurance and finance products, resolving issues to mutual satisfaction
- Collect relevant Management Information (MI)
- Ensure all Park’s Motor Group policies and objectives are followed
- Continuously observe for instances of financial crime (money laundering & fraud)
- Ensure all relevant training is carried out
- Report to General Manager, Group Business Manager and Group Sales Director
