This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Motherwell for a PLATER/FABRICATOR. The Plater/Fabricator will interpret engineering drawings, fabricate metal structures, weld and ensure products meet quality and safety standards. The role involves working on bespoke projects, repair work and manufacturing a range of excavation attachments and equipment, collaborating with team members to ensure timely completion of high‑quality products.

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical and engineering drawings
• Strong skills in welding and metal fabrication techniques
• Experience working with various heavy‑duty materials and machinery
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high‑quality work
• Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Previous experience in the earth‑moving or material‑handling industry is advantageous
• Relevant certifications in welding, fabrication or engineering are a plus
