Edinburgh City Football Club Limited is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead the quality function in a fast-paced food production environment. You will own quality control and assurance for chilled products, particularly during backshift, and drive continuous improvement across processes.
You will guide and coach the quality team, conduct audits, and partner with production to ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulatory requirements.
