We’re looking for an ambitious and confident Sales Consultant to join the team at our Motherwell Motor store.

• £25,500 with no company car or £23,500 with company car
• On target earnings of £35,000‑£40,000 with uncapped earning potential

You’ll be known as a Product Consultant at Arnold Clark, but your role will be heavily sales‑focused. This isn’t an ordinary sales job – you’ll guide customers from their first step into the showroom to a great after‑sales experience, building lasting relationships and ensuring every interaction is 5‑star.

• Helping customers find the right car for their needs
• Delivering outstanding, 5‑star service for each customer
• Building and maintaining sincere relationships throughout the sales process
• Selling the right sales package – finance, servicing, etc. – with integrity and professionalism
• Co‑ordinating order and delivery of vehicles and keeping everything running smoothly
• Meeting monthly sales expectations and customer experience standards
• Working as part of a dynamic team to meet deadlines and deliver on promises
• Staying in touch with customers for a great after‑sales experience

• Full driving licence held for a minimum of 1 year
