About You Fibre

We are a national, full‑fibre broadband provider, delivering ultrafast and affordable internet to homes and businesses across the UK, with speeds of up to 10,000 Mbps.

Position Details

• Department: Sales
• Location: Motherwell
• Compensation: £25,000 – £28,000 per year base + uncapped commission (Realistic OTE £50,000)
• Car allowance: £250 per month
• Hours: Full‑time, 37.5 hours per week
• Reporting to: Field Sales Manager

The Job

• Embrace door‑to‑door sales as your primary focus, championing competitive packages directly with residents.
• Build and nurture your own lead pipeline, guiding prospects to conversion.
• Collaborate with your line manager to showcase You Fibre’s services to residents within the network.
• Build relationships within the local community and key stakeholder groups.

Essential Qualifications

• Located within a 30‑minute drive of the role location.
• Full clean UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Right to work in the UK.
