• Minimum 2 years relevant experience
• Drive, ambition and excellent leadership skills
• High level of commercial acumen and motor‑industry knowledge
• Proven track record in maximising financial objectives (budget, sales, profit, CSI)
• Ability to maximise volume and profitability while maintaining high customer satisfaction
• Excellent written, analytical and numerical skills
• Proactive management style that reinforces corporate values
• IT literate (knowledge of Kerridge desirable)
