People Solutions are currently recruiting for HGV Class 1 Drivers to join our client's well-established transport team in Motherwell. Shifts:

24-hour operation – Days and Nights available Pay Rate: £16.00 – £19.00 per hour Benefits Excellent hourly rates Consistent full-time work Weekly pay Temp-to-perm opportunities for the right candidates Immediate starts available On-site parking and easy motorway access Supportive and professional team Employee well-being programme Day-to-Day Duties Operate and drive Class 1 (CE) vehicles safely and efficiently Conduct daily vehicle checks and complete all required documentation Load and deliver goods between designated locations Handle double-decker trailers where required Ensure all loads are safely secured Communicate effectively with transport teams and customers Adhere to road safety, traffic laws, and company regulations Essential Skills Valid UK Category CE Licence Valid UK CPC Card and Digital Tachograph Card No more than six penalty points for minor offences (no IN, DR, DD, CD codes) Reliable, punctual, and professional at all times Physically fit and capable of manual handling Strong understanding of road safety and compliance
